Required
Strong Interpersonal and verbal communication skills using appropriate vocabulary and grammar to obtain and convey Information.
Ability to coordinate, establish, and maintain cooperative and efficient working relationships with various sections of Radiology, neurosurgeons, neurologists, orthopedists.
Ability to coordinate patient appointment , reports, and scheduling.
Working knowledge and experience with Macintosh computer and Microsoft Word.
Ability to use HIS system, RIS system, Word Perfect, PACS, IBM Personal Wheel writer, lntelliFAX 980M. Ability to use the Omninote system, UCLA paging and telephone system.
Assisting physicians using the Radiology PACS system. Retrieving Images for neuro staff for comparison readings.
Typing skills (50WPM)
