The Nurse Director Outpatient Services Will Oversee The Operational, Financial, And Programmatic Activities For Ambulatory Operations Across Both Primary And Specialty Care For a Total Of 35 Different Specialty Areas. This Includes

• Providing strategic direction and leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and effective care.
• Analyzing clinical practices and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Leading value-based care initiatives and maintaining compliance with clinical policies and regulatory agencies.
• Supervising and supporting a dedicated team of registered nurses and healthcare providers.
  
  

Requirements

• Current NYS RN Licensure
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field
• BLS Certification
• Progressive nursing leadership experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the management of ambulatory services and/or programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Ambulatory Care
• Certification as a Nurse Executive
