Address Queries: Provide comprehensive support through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
Maintain Records: Keep accurate and detailed records of gig workers, including their contact information, availability, and preferences.
Coordinate Scheduling: Manage shift scheduling and make adjustments as needed to optimize the use of gig workers.
Administrative Tasks: Prepare reports, manage documentation, and assist with data entry tasks.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to enhance communication and streamline processes.
Improve Experience: Offer feedback and insights to help continuously improve the gig worker experience.

Experience: Proven track record in administrative support, ideally within staffing or recruiting.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
