Affiliate Marketing Manager

SALARY: 85K plus 15% Bonus --- THIS IS A FULLY ON-SITE POSITION

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager with expertise in lead generation to join our marketing team.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with high-quality third-party partners for leads, inbound calls, and traffic for our nationwide consumer facing bath remodel lead programs
• Analyze and optimize results of partners
• Negotiate and manage contracting and compliance process for partners
• Manage existing partners
• Assist in identifying and implementing technology to scale and grow partners
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills required
  
  

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree Marketing or a related field
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience managing third party leads, calls and traffic
• Home improvement experience preferred
• Proven track record with managing lead generation and call partner programs
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC and SEM)
• Skilled at time, task, and budget management – especially attentive to detail and deadlines
• Advanced knowledge of and high level of comfort with Microsoft Office
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
