We are looking for driven Marketing Affiliate Managers (multiple roles from junior to mid level stages) to help us drive business, convert leads, and continue scaling.

The ideal candidate will have an existing book of business (publishers that specialize in email, mobile, search, social advertising, mobile) although this is not a requirement. We're seeking self motivated individuals who will be responsible for growing overall revenue!

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in the execution, development, and optimization of our affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be passionate about the technology industry, have a deep understanding of digital marketing, and be able to analyze and leverage key metrics to drive company success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Identify and recruit new affiliates through various approaches, including direct outreach, affiliate networks, and inbound leads.
• Manage and cultivate relationships with current affiliates, ensuring their needs are met and their marketing efforts align with our brand.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of affiliate marketing campaigns, using key metrics to optimize results.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design and develop promotional materials and content for affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in affiliate marketing and digital marketing.
• Coordinate with other marketing team members to integrate and complement affiliate marketing strategies within broader marketing plans.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to affiliate marketing.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience working within the financial services or FinTech domains is highly desired
• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the technology industry.
• Proven experience and knowledge in digital marketing and digital analytics.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms and programs.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision making.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliates.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and software, including SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM software, and content management systems.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in digital marketing and affiliate marketing.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
