We're on the lookout for a well-organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our vibrant team! This exciting role offers the chance to build meaningful relationships with customers, team members, and our Corporate office, all while enhancing the efficiency of our growing office.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments and prioritizing urgent matters
Serve as the main point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners
Provide administrative support, including drafting and editing emails, memos, and other communications on behalf of the executive
Organize meetings and appointments, ensuring everything runs smoothly
Develop and implement systems and procedures to streamline activities
Offer high-level, confidential support to the executive
Oversee content creation for social media channels, including analytics and CRM management
Coordinate pre and post-event logistics, including travel arrangements and product sales at engagements
Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate department
Facilitate and follow up on sales and appointments
Arrange travel and events for the executive
Handle personal tasks for the executive as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
Other duties and responsibilities as needed
At least 2 years of administrative support experience
Ability to travel within the US and internationally
Flexible, dependable, and adaptable
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment
Discreet and trustworthy
Proactive, driven, and able to work independently
Quick thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and detail-oriented
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
Pay Scale: $19 - $22 per hour based on experience, with opportunities for bonuses and incentives.

Location: Hybrid remote in Philadelphia, PA 19146. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
Education: Associate degree preferred
Experience
