About The Position

Job Title: Agile coach with Jira admin expertise

Duration: 6+ months

Location: Las Vegas, NV (Hybrid)

  • Building/changing workflows, adding/changing statuses
  • Adding issue types (and building workflows around those)
  • Adding fields, creating custom fields
  • Basic Troubleshooting
    • Break Fix
    • Permissions, Settings
      • SSO, OKTA Support
  • Board Management: kanban boards pull from JQL filters
    • Columns, queries, board support are the main requests
  • Handling New Requests for Projects – Scrum vs Kanban, company managed
  • Managing user count against license limit
Must Have

  • 5+ years of working experience as a Jira Admin
  • 5+ years of working experience in Scaled Agile Environment

Preferred

  • Atlassian Certification for Jira Admins
  • SAFe certification
