Job Title: Aircraft Mechanic

Work Schedule: 4/10-1st Shift

Work Location: Greenville, SC 29607

Pay Rate: $32-$38/hr. (based upon experience)

Job Description

Final Assembly and Check out Aircraft Mechanic-Performs a variety of mechanical duties involving diagnosis of malfunctions and required maintenance, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, re-assembly or adjustment of various aircraft systems in accordance with technical specifications, engineering instructions, and FAA regulations. System checkouts, major system installs, and Wing installs on F-16 Aircraft.

Job Requirements

The FACO Production APG, F-16 Technician will also need to be knowledgeable in aircraft systems operation and maintenance to include:

• Landing gear
• Powerplants
• Flight controls
• Rigging
• Aircraft movement.
  
  

Experience Required

• Candidates should have previous experience as crew chiefs, plane captains, and or A&P with solid aircraft maintenance experience
• Coming in to support Final Assembly surge, possibility to extend assignment
• Candidates should have previous experience as crew chiefs, plane captains, and or A&P with
  
  

F-16 or related fighter experience desired

• Strong aviation background
• No Tools Required
