Position: Tract Investor Relations – Analyst/Associate

Location: Denver, CO (Headquarters / Hybrid) or Remote

Position Overview:

The position will support global investor relations and client service efforts for Tract Capital Management.

Responsibilities:

The main areas of responsibility for the role include:

· Work collaboratively with various teams to create and maintain presentation materials, investor communications and ad hoc presentations

· Draft responses to investor queries and due diligence questionnaires

· Create diligence materials for new fund launches

· Organize and maintain datarooms

· Assist in creation of prospect lists by region / investor type

· Maintain fundraising pipeline

· Organize meeting prep (including background research and program intel)

· Serve as a point of contact for investors including attending in-person meetings and zoom calls, as well as coordinating follow up items

· Complete competitor analysis and research

· Responsible for contact management, including salesforce maintenance

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have:

· 2-4 years of work experience at an alternative investment advisor in the IR function

· Entrepreneurial, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

· High degree of proficiency in powerpoint and excel

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced work environment.

· Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and delivering high-quality work.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and meeting multiple deadlines

Location and Travel:

· Work location is flexible to Denver, CO, or remote.

· This position can be remote or hybrid from our headquarters in Denver, Colorado.

Expected Salary Range: $ 175,000 to $225,000 plus an annual bonus
