As an Analyst, you will lead the outbound licensing operations and strategic partnership execution as a highly collaborative member of our licensing team in the North America Growth Office. As the keeper of this crucial component, you will assist with the implementation of internal tactical licensing strategies and conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure all work is supported by robust evaluation and measurable KPI’s that directly connect back to the strategic goals & objectives.

You’ll be a champion and subject matter expert for all things licensing as you work cross-functionally to define what success looks like across the organization. Your responsibilities will span from compiling insights and sharing category/retail wins, to leading special projects and assisting with concept ideation and the product development process. You’ll work closely with our agency and licensing partners to handle day-to-day requests while managing the pipeline calendar to ensure all key stakeholders are aligned on launch plans and go-to-market strategies as we aim to push projects across the finish line efficiently and drive long-term growth for our licensing program in North America.

Key Components of the Role

  • Understand Kraft Heinz’ corporate brand purpose, vision, values and leadership principles, and ensure those are translated to all licensing & partnership efforts
  • Contribute to developing the short- and long-term vision and growth opportunities for our licensing program in North America, in support of the Kraft Heinz 10 Year Strategy and all brands in our portfolio
  • Analyze and report on licensing business performance, marketing/partnership analytics, sales/revenue trends and drivers (by brand, by partner, by category, by retailer, etc.)
  • Support translation of data into insights, working closely with our agency and licensing partners to compile and analyze quarterly/mid-year/annual business reviews, product/retail wins, forecasting, etc.
  • Become knowledgeable on all brands in our portfolio, their marketing strategies, brand priorities, jobs to be done, and how they connect directly to our winning licensing strategy
  • Become knowledgeable of all our licensing partners, including their products, distribution channels, and be a resource internally and externally for all things licensing
  • Become familiar with licensing industry trends & best practices, especially among corporate brands in food & beverage
  • Manage/direct day-to-day licensing operations, requests, Visual Identity/style guides, product development, & maintain/build KHC's roster of licensing and partnership contacts
  • Support Kraft Heinz Finance teams and work with our agency to ensure quarterly royalty reports & payments are collected timely, and allocated properly
  • Lead day-to-day licensing budget management and PO creation


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing preferred (licensing experience a plus)
  • Accurate and timely reporting with the drive to improve and streamline processes
  • Passion to learn industry best practices and benchmarks, understanding the dynamics, and strategic value and benefits of licensing in order to prioritize projects and opportunities
  • Strong communications skills to work efficiently with internal parties (BU, Legal, QA, etc.)
  • Strong process orientation to ensure proper quality, safety protocols are followed (DSA, Plant Audit, 3rd party consumer safety evaluation, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational skills, self-starter and ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple projects and priorities
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to clearly and concisely relay important details and updates, and be a valuable resource as a licensing subject matter expert
