The Anthropologie Assistant Retoucher is responsible for organizing and distributing e-commerce images to freelance retouchers and retouching on-figure product for Anthropologie Weddings e-commerce site. They will work closely with the weddings retouching team to meet strict deadlines and support business growth.

Role Responsibilities
- Retouching on-figure images by priority to ensure completion for activations.
- Organizing and distributing e-commerce images to team members and freelance
- Prioritize images by activation date for ad campaigns, social, & email needs
- Work with web producer to solve issues with color codes, incorrect skus, etc.
- Upload images to Scene 7 and enter necessary information into Step program for product activation.
- Keep organization of all product images and drop to server for cross functional needs.
- Must have 2-3 years of retouching experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
- Proactive, motivated, and eager to take initiative
- Organization and flexibility is key!
- Proficient in Photoshop and mac systems
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce retouching: skin, garment, masking, color correcting
- Demonstrate knowledge of Anthropologie/ URBN brands
