Say Hello to our next employee spotlight, Kate Fowler in Batavia, IL! Kate is not only a photographer but also a member of our training team working to help new photographers develop their skills. Kate's passion for her craft and her exceptional ability to create a relaxed and memorable experience for parents and their precious babies make her an invaluable asset to our company. When speaking about her approach to newborn photography, Kate emphasizes the importance of creating a stress-free experience for parents. "All the parents need to do is bring with them any special items they have for their baby and sit back and relax while we take care of the photoshoot," she shares. "We have the experience and have swaddled many babies and can take the reins." Kate's genuine love for babies is reflected in her work, as every infant she encounters elicits a bright smile. "Every baby I meet makes me smile so big," she expresses. "When leading with compassion, for the new baby, for the experience of mom and dad, the photos turn out well every time." Throughout her time with Bella Baby, Kate has honed her photography skills. "Working with Bella Baby, I have gained confidence in providing professional photos to clients," she explains. "I have learned how to speak, shoot, and take pride in my work." Meet Lynzee Bollinger! Lynzee is located in Mesa, Arizona, and works at our Gilbert and Chandler locations.
⁠ ⁠ She has been a Bella photographer for over 2 years now and also works as a trainer in the greater Phoenix area (and sometimes beyond!) 
⁠ ⁠ Lynzee says one of her favorite things about working at Bella Baby is having the honor of photographing the same families multiple times. “I met a family a few years ago at the very start of my Bella Baby journey that were first-time parents. None of us truly knew how to handle a newborn yet, but we worked together to keep the baby happy and they loved the photos. Then two years later I walked into a room with those same parents! We of course did photos for baby #2 and they asked to take photos with me after the session. This was such a kind gesture and impressed me how much this 20-minute session truly meant to them.” 
⁠ ⁠ Lynzee also says getting started as a photographer can be intimidating, and that the best advice she has for all the new employees she works with is to be authentic and stay true to your vision. “What I have learned along the way is that everyone has something different to bring to the table and your vision does matter. Aside from photographing newborns, dropping off checks at RMHC is our favorite thing to do ❤️ Iowa Area Manager Jenn and photographer Tessa dropped off a donation check at the Ronald McDonald House in Des Moines and received a tour from director Brenda Miller. The Ronald Mcdonald House of Des Moines serves families all over the state, but is specifically located next to IMMC, where the Blank Children's hospital is one of the leading NICU's in the state of Iowa. . . . . . #RMHC #bellababy #bellababyRMHC
