Anthropologie is looking for a Social Content Creator. The Social Content Creator is responsible for driving the Anthropologie Group TikTok channels, leading channel management, content production, and storytelling to drive brand awareness and engagement through a creative lens.

Within this role, we’re seeking a candidate who will champion and celebrate brand creative and has a passion for social trends, social strategy, and setting and achieving goals. You will be an integral part of the Social Media Content team working and partnering closely with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Copy, and Merchandising to ensure content is aligned with Anthropologie’s brand standards and marketing priorities, while remaining relevant to social media platforms.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute cadence and Editorial Calendar for the Anthropologie Group TikTok channels, aligning with brand image, channel goals, and campaign messaging.
  • Concept and execute TikTok content weekly from shooting, directing, editing, product gathering, casting and communication.
  • Research and concept content ideas, platform trends, and competitor insights weekly.
  • Manage the TikTok scheduling and publishing process in partnership with Social Content intern and Copy team as needed.
  • Manage and organize owned TikTok assets, leading communication for Operational and Paid Social Team needs.
  • Assist with external content edits as needed (influencer, commissioned creator content).
  • Assist with event coverage content in partnership with Operational team as needed.
  • Assist in reporting and pulling TikTok analytics weekly, monthly, and quarterly using provided tools and organic platform resources to drive and reflect brand growth goals.
  • Assist Senior Manager in creation of one-pagers, marketing briefs, brand decks, and other requested documents and reports as needed.
  • Partner with Buying, Merchandising, Brand Marketing, Creative, and Operational social Teams on product and content requests supporting Business and Marketing priorities.
  • Lead pulling weekly TikTok UGC reposts across Anthropologie Group channels.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the brand’s product, creative standards, customer and policies.
  • Apply attribution best practices to content and audio usage rights, copywriting & social media posts to ensure legal compliance.

Role Qualifications

  • 1-3 years working in a social media or content creation role for a major brand or agency.
  • A positive and high energy individual.
  • Experience concepting and creating content in a professional manner for a major brand or agency.
  • Ability to shoot on iPhone, digital camera, with a deep understanding of video and image editing platforms (CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, etc)
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
  • Deep understanding of the Anthropologie creative and brand standards, fashion landscape, and influencer marketing
  • Attention to detail and proven time management and organization skills.
  • Extremely well organized, methodical, and efficient.
  • Innovative and excited to bring ideas to the table.
  • Self-motivated and proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Awareness of developments and trends in social media and influencer space
  • Team player and collaborator who maintains composure in high pressure and fast-paced situations
  • High attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently
