Who You Are
Bachelors Degree in engineering
5+ years of experience with mechanical seals or similar preferred
Experience Leading a Team Preferred
Experience working with and communicating with customers
Excellent problem solving skills
What You Will Be Doing
Lead and mentor a team of Application Engineers
This position is responsible for providing appropriate, qualified sealing solutions to customers
Work closely with our sales team and customers on mechanical seal installations, troubleshooting systems and coordinating services
Work with customers and sales team to troubleshoot and provide sealing solutions
Consult with customer on application specific design and possible product improvement
Conduct seal failure analysis to identify root cause of seal failure
Analyze failed products as required and provide written feedback to internal management
