Area Vice President (48430)
We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced Area Vice President to join our company's growing leadership team. In this role, you will provide management and oversight, demonstrating a commitment to excellence at all times. You will collaborate with all senior leadership in order to meet the company's objectives in addition to having a passion for success and a proven record of successful strategic planning and implementation.
The Area Vice President (AVP) is in charge of overseeing the area sales processes for Mobilelink, such as implementing sales strategies to increase productivity and ensure overall organization profitability. They identify areas for improvement and strategies to generate sales, as well as integrate efficient sales programs into company practice to minimize use of company resources while maximizing the customer base. They work with subordinates to demonstrate the value of Mobilelink's products and services to ensure there is an excellent customer experience to increase the possibility of repeat business.
The Area Vice President will use their leadership skills to motivate sales professionals to increase sales and brand loyalty. They will use numerous tools to track sales progress, create charts, and write detailed sales reports for upper management to review and revise.

MUST HAVE SMALL BOX RETAIL, RESTAURANT, OR WIRELESS EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in overseeing 150+ retail stores/locations across multiple states/markets.
- Previous experience at VP/Director level of responsibilities within Retail Wireless/QSR industry. - REQUIRED.
- Ability to stay organized and pay close attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills to tackle sales obstacles with innovative solutions.
- Must be able to work in fast-paced environment and have excellent multitasking skills.
- Ability to perform effectively on their own with minimal supervision.
