Art Director

Please note that the role below is remote, but Los Angeles-based talent may take priority due to our headquarters' proximity to Hollywood, California.

Position Summary

We seek an Art Director who is an avid gamer who designs/concepts big ideas for integrated campaigns - preferably surrounding social media content and other integrated campaigns. This role may be excellent for those who love the challenge of selling your ideas and work.

This role dives into client's businesses, understanding their marketing challenges and proposing solutions. The perfect candidate enjoys video games, social marketing campaigns, and beautiful leading-edge creativity and thrives in partnering with creative teams to make cool stuff. It's for someone fluent in the modern marketing landscape (mainly social media), the internet culture, and the gaming audience's pulse. We seek a self-starter who doesn't need to be told how to take on tasks and doesn't see obstacles but opportunities. 

What You Will Do

• Concept and direct art assets for campaign-level social and digital branding and messaging and more
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and project managers to build out and plan campaign
• Work fluidly across channels and platforms
• Assist teams with storyboarding/shot lists/creative direction
• Implement feedback received from internal and client teams
  
  

What You Will Need

• A LOVE for all things gaming - first-person shooter game experience helpful
• Award-winning or award-worthy integrated portfolio that shows craft and attention to detail
• 4+ years of art direction experience required
• Must have experience working for an integrated marketing agency - history creating assets for digital and social campaigns, helpful
• Proven experience developing campaign-level ideation
• Able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines; organized, detail-oriented, and friendly
• Must be even-tempered and able to interact and adapt well under pressure with various teams on numerous projects with tight deadlines

Please note that a job offer for this position will be determined based on many factors, including experience, unique skill set, other qualifications, location, job performance (current employees), and various business and budgetary considerations.
