Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and work orders to accurately assemble products. Use hand tools and machinery to assemble parts and components. Collaborate with other team members to improve products and processes. Troubleshoot and resolve problems with assemblies as needed. May document assembly processes and procedures for reference purposes. Use hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment to assemble parts and components. Calibrate and adjust equipment as per specifications and guidelines. Inspect parts for defects, ensuring that products meet quality standards before they go out for packaging and shipment. Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your team. Work efficiently to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of quality. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth production flow and effective communication. Cleans and maintains work area (5S) Performs other duties as assigned
High School Diploma or GED preferred Ability to read and comprehend written instructions with little no assistance Ability to add, subtract, and record data onto tabulation sheets Ability to receive verbal instructions and comprehend them Experience with LEAN manufacturing concepts a plus Computer literacy desired, but not required
