Your activities

  • Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and work orders to accurately assemble products.
  • Use hand tools and machinery to assemble parts and components.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve products and processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems with assemblies as needed.
  • May document assembly processes and procedures for reference purposes.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment to assemble parts and components.
  • Calibrate and adjust equipment as per specifications and guidelines.
  • Inspect parts for defects, ensuring that products meet quality standards before they go out for packaging and shipment.
  • Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
  • Work efficiently to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth production flow and effective communication.
  • Cleans and maintains work area (5S)
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Your profile

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions with little no assistance
  • Ability to add, subtract, and record data onto tabulation sheets
  • Ability to receive verbal instructions and comprehend them
  • Experience with LEAN manufacturing concepts a plus
  • Computer literacy desired, but not required
