Key Responsibilities
Contact consumers to discuss outstanding accounts
Use skip tracing techniques to locate contact information and assets
Negotiate personalized repayment plans based on consumers' financial situations
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and progress
Requirements
Strong desire for uncapped earning potential through high commissions
Superior energy level to manage a high volume of calls
Excellent communication skills with a compassionate phone manner
Highly motivated with exceptional organizational abilities
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience in third-party debt collection
