Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Assistant Front Office Manager at The Paramount Hotel located in New York, NY. As an Assistant Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and ensuring exceptional customer service to hotel guests. This includes supervising and training front desk staff, managing guest inquiries and concerns, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with administrative tasks. This is an on-site position.
Qualifications
Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous supervisory or management experience is a plus
