We are looking for a self-motivated Assistant Manager to join our team! As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting our senior management team with daily processes and activities.

- Assisting the general manager in the organization, planning, and execution of strategy
- Day-to-day operations coordination
- Ensure that company policies are followed
- Establishing and organizing schedules
- Creating and implementing goals to increase company productivity
- Making certain that goals and objectives are met
- Recruiting and interviewing new employees
- Supervising, leading and motivating employees
- Keeping track of customer and client satisfaction
- Handling customer complaints and resolving problems
- Assisting with inventory and supply acquisition
- As needed, assist the general manager
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a closely related field is preferred
- Understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Outstanding multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent time management abilities Ability to work well under pressure
