What You Will Be Doing

• Analyze construction documents and advise on potential issues.
• Handle administrative tasks including expense reports, supply requisitions, RFIs, and submittals.
• Assist with field change requests and update as-built documents.
• Prepare special reports, studies, and statistical analyses as needed.
• Attend project coordination meetings and proactively develop career skills.

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Science, or Project Management Certification (PMP) with related construction experience.
• 1-2 years of construction or general business experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn new software.
• Must obtain OSHA-30 certification within six months of hire.
• Courteous, professional, diplomatic, and highly motivated.
