Job Description

The Assoc Clinical Data Specialist (EEG Technician) Identifies normal and abnormal findings during EEG reviews and analyze data form patient devices using knowledge and understanding of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Works with scientists and research members to accurately label and use findings for AI development, clinical studies and research protocols as well as use their experience to help diagnosis and label start and stops of ischemic events, location of events ie. Focal, large scale, as well as other diagnostic EEG labeling.

Education Required: Bachelor's degree

Years’ Experience Required: 2-5 Years in EEG review

Full time or Flex part time is available for right candidate.

Remote or Hybrid is available upon request

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Collaborates with various departments on the design, documentation, testing, and implementation of clinical data collection studies, and clinical database review.

Design and implement clinical protocols and data collection systems.

Develops systems for organizing data to analyze, identify and report data and trends.

Manages data management issues by reviewing protocols for cross-project consistency, and identifying standard Case Report Form (CRF) modules to meet objectives.

Develops data quality plans.

Provide early strategic input into protocol design focused on data management issues.

Review and resolve data discrepancies for standardized data validation systems and procedures.

Prepares reports of clinical trial studies for internal validation and cross validation studies.
