$130,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr
Are you an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney looking for a fully remote opportunity with a well-established firm? We are seeking a skilled attorney to join our team remotely and handle complex insurance defense cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters, including personal injury, property damage, and general liability.
Draft and review pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Conduct depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
Represent clients in court, including motion hearings and trials.
Provide legal analysis, strategic case planning, and advice to clients.
Collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal staff to ensure optimal client service.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in New York.
3+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Proven track record of managing cases from inception to resolution.
