Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the development of annual business plan and multi-year strategic plans
- Execute plans for assigned product lines/ channels to deliver against plan objectives
- Act as the project leader/ manager for business development and cost-savings initiatives, acting as the key cross-functional go-to person for project decisions, guidance, communication and management
- Provide ongoing reporting and analysis of category data and segments to identify product and competitive strengths and weaknesses, identify growth opportunities and defense strategies as needed.
- Monitor and report out on competitive activity and implications
- Partner with sales and channel marketing to understand key account strategies and identify and implement appropriate category management solutions for optimizing account performance.
- Leverage consumer insights, IRI and other available data to provide selling stories for key initiatives
- Use multiple data sources to identify new product opportunities and support development of the product pipeline
- Manage the product launches from concept through commercialization – including positioning, product and package development, pricing strategy, go-to-market tactics and performance tracking
