Base pay range
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process for our business organization ensuring a seamless, uniform and incredibly positive candidate experience
- Create a scalable process that meets the needs of our company
- Partner with internal clients to develop sourcing strategy for current and future needs
- Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and utilize internal systems to further recruiting goals
- Build strong pipeline to source and connect with potential candidates
- Source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through networking and research
- Collaborate with Recruitment team members to develop and update on recruiting best practices, market data, including execution of recruiting processes and tools
- Screen and assess candidates for values, abilities and skills to ensure we’re continually increasing our quality of hire
- Facilitate both virtual and on-site interview plans
- Extend offers; negotiate and close to achieve or exceed hiring targets
- Support candidate experience -- guide candidates through the process and ensure every experience is positive, timely, memorable and transparent
- Ensuring timely communication and feedback to candidates at each stage of the process
- 2-3 years of recruiting experience. Preferably sales recruitment in a high-volume environment
- Previous experience within Mortgage or Financial Services preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Must have experience with HRIS (preferably Workday) & ATS systems
- Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
- Operate with an incredible sense of urgency while not compromising on attention to detail
- Has built and maintained a broad network of professional relationships
- Self-motivated, competitive against your own personal goals
