Position Overview

Seeking a highly energetic and motivated individual to bring Regulatory expertise to an International Cosmetics Regulatory and Safety group supporting R&D to deliver fast-paced Beauty Care products to the market.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Regulatory approval of cosmetic formula and artwork
  • Regulatory approval of raw materials
  • Preparation of Master List on Ingredients for cosmetics
  • Data submission to retailers’ portals, as WERCS
  • Collaborates with multiple corporate functions (R&D, Legal, Marketing, Artwork Department, Safety, Project Management, etc.) to ensure on time delivery of product initiatives.
  • Defining, recommending, and leading work process improvements to gain efficiencies is expected.

Experience & Education

  • Education - BS in a scientific discipline preferred (Pharmaceuticals, Biological Sciences, etc.)
  • Experience - 2 years of Regulatory experience in the cosmetic industry
