Seeking a compassionate and empathetic family attorney to join our client’s multi-practice firm to represent clients in matters involving divorce, legitimations, alimony, paternity, child support, modifications, child custody, domestic violence, property division upon divorce, pre-nuptial and post nuptial agreements, and contempt actions. The successful candidate will be expected to make court room appearances on a regular basis, communicate with opposing counsels in a respectful way, experience drafting motions, arguing law and motion matters, and taking and defending depositions.
Minimum Qualifications And Requirements
Must have JD degree from an accredited law school
Must have an active license in good standing in the state of Georgia
2+ years of family law practice experience
Proficient in legal research, word processing and document databases
