Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in San Francisco Bay Area for an Auction Coordinator. The Auction Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the auction process, including client communications, auction event coordination, cataloguing and appraisal of auction items, arrangement of shipping, and post-auction follow-up. The Auction Coordinator will also work closely with the auctioneer to ensure the smooth running of the events and provide assistance as required.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients amd customers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands
  • A high degree of attention to detail, accuracy, and quality of work
  • Technical proficiency
  • CNC Machinery, Fabrication, Manufacturing Knowledge
  • Prior experience in the auction or event planning industry is preferred
  • Employment type
