Rallye BMW, Long Island's premier BMW dealership, is seeking an experienced BMW Shop Foreman! The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, with at least 2 years of prior BMW Foreman experience, looking to join a team whose values are based in teamwork and delivering the highest caliber of customer service!
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Maintain a working relationship with BMW factory representatives
Maintain contact with service customers on a timely basis
Assist technicians with any and all repairs
Ensure technicians follow warranty material disposition procedures
Provide technicians and service advisors with technical information and repair procedures
Review repair orders turned in by technicians to ensure that assigned work has been performed and the repair order has been completed properly
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat service customers by ensuring that customer vehicles are repaired and maintained properly—"fixed right the first time."
Upgrade knowledge of BMW products and services and maintain professional and technical expertise by training on-the-job, and attending training programs
Maintain the order and cleanliness of the workshop by daily inspections
Maintain adequate supplies of equipment, tools, and shop supplies
