Evergreen Center is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for a BCBAlooking to expand their clinical and managerial expertise.
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated BCBA to work as a Behavioral Education Team Supervisor.In this role you will design and implement behavior support plans tailoredto individual student needs, collaborate and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, serve as a liaison between Evergreen, the student, and various stakeholders, and assist with the day-to-day coordination of activities for students. This role also functions as a manager providing staff supervision, training, and development
, Qualifications
Master's Degree in Special Education, Psychology, Behavior Analysis or related field
Current BCBA certification, in the process to obtain BCBA certification, or willingness to enroll in a BCBA certification program
3-5 years of experience working with children with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Supervision experience preferred (2 years)
Driver's license required
