Mission

The Benefits Specialist is responsible for supporting our clients, their employees, and the rest of the benefits team in ensuring timely and accurate benefits administration. The position demands adept analytical capabilities, proficiency in benefits administration, and exceptional passion for delivering top-tier customer service.

Outcomes

  • All client requests/inquiries received within normal business hours are responded to within 4 hours
  • Provide exceptional service to clients and employees as reflected in NPS and client sentiments
    • Process all benefit transactions with 95+% accuracy
  • Ensure all client interactions are properly documented in SalesForce
Responsibilities

  • Submit, audit, and reconcile weekly HSA/FSA files
  • Manage COBRA enrollments, audits, employee communications, and payments
  • Support 401K set ups, deconversions, and tier 1 client questions about retirement plans
  • Manage qualifying life events for worksite employees (collecting documents, dependent enrollment/unenrollment)
  • Own ACA audit process and work with Benefit Consultants to ensure client compliance
  • Support benefits team in open enrollment process, presentation creation, and enrollments

Salary: $24 - $27 per hour
