About the role

As a Billing Analyst at Entrupy, you will responsible for managing and analyzing billing processes within our organization. You will help ensure accurate and timely invoicing, resolve discrepancies, and maintain detailed financial records. This role requires collaborating with other departments to streamline billing procedures and enhance overall financial efficiency.

Location: Anywhere in the US, NYC preferred

What you'll do

• Execute billing requirements, including subscription setup and invoice creation / distribution for all Entrupy customers
• Maintain accurate customer account information and fee schedules for billing purposes
• Communicate directly with customers to answer billing related questions and collect pending payments
• Prepare billing and usage reports for the Customer Experience and Finance teams
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience and Finance teams to troubleshoot customer billing and collections issues
• Conduct periodic QA audits to ensure accurate records and identify any billing issues
• Support improvements to billing processes and record keeping
• Named billing resource for strategic accounts
• Other responsibilities and ad hoc projects as required from time to time
  
  

What you bring

• Accounting / finance operations experience: minimum 3-5 years (required)
• SaaS company experience (preferred)
• Google Suite and Microsoft Excel skills (required)
• Chargebee/Zuora other Subscription management platform (required)
• Stripe (preferred)
• Xero (preferred)
• Hubspot/Salesforce/CRM experience preferred
• Support Ticket queue experience preferred
• Well organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines
• Detail oriented with excellent written and oral communications skills
• Self-starter with ability to take ownership and ensure tasks are completed on time
• Team player with the ability to bring people together and along

Salary Range - The starting salary for this role is between $60,000 - $75,000, depending on skills and experience. We have competitive pay bands for all other countries based on market standards. Individual compensation decisions are based on several factors, including experience level, skill set, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. Based on these factors, we expect most of the candidates offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description, as posted. If so, the updated salary range will be communicated to you as a candidate.
