Job Title: Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing (BXMA) - Institutional Client Solutions (“ICS”), Marketing Strategy, Vice President

Job Description:

In this role, the candidate will support the global BXMA fundraising and client service efforts. The main areas of responsibility include:

  • Serving as the chief of staff to the BXMA Global Head of ICS
  • Working closely with the BXMA Global Head of ICS and ICS Regional Heads on strategic planning and seamless execution of the strategic plan
  • Working closely with the BXMA Global Head of ICS and ICS Regional Heads to ensure BXMA is providing the highest level of client servicing to its LPs
  • Serving as a team lead for ICS technology priorities including data visualization initiatives, management reporting and BXMA’s LP portal usage
  • Coordinating with the ICS team and Strategic Initiatives team on new launches to strategize on new marketing collateral, share successful pitches, etc.
  • Operating as key ICS point person for BXMA-wide projects
  • Updating fundraise pipelines for BXMA’s various offerings and summarizing weekly for BXMA senior management
  • Conducting ad-hoc research projects and analysis relating to the institutional investor landscape, BXMA’s client base and other related areas
  • Participating in the planning and logistics of the annual investor conference, due diligence days and other additional LP meetings
  • Identifying and driving efficiencies across a wide variety of internal processes
  • Managing offshore team to assist with ICS related data management projects

Qualifications:

Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. The successful candidate should have:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 4+ years of related experience in investor relations, consulting or project management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize completing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Capability to perform duties with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Ability to operate as a team player – highly motivated, enthusiastic and personable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is highly desirable

Expected annual base salary range:

$120,000 - $150,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
