Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. (PRMI) is expanding in Tennessee and seeks a Mortgage Branch Manager to develop and accelerate this growth.

What We’re Looking for In a Leader:

• First and foremost, we look for good people that have an ability to aid and attract other good people.
• You should have a passion for sales accomplishment and team development and a strong desire to lead and grow a successful origination team.
• You should have extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners and active business contacts.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with Accounting terms and procedures (e.g. debits, credits, General Ledgers, etc.)
• Employment with PRMI requires compliance with and adherence to all applicable mortgage and fair lending laws and regulations as well as PRMI policies.
