Last week, our team gathered to celebrate the grand opening of residential tower #Prima at Paseo South Gulch with a ribbon cutting ceremony. The first new development tower in Paseo South Gulch, Prima is now welcoming residents and will see the opening of retail tenants later this summer. The 16-story, 278-unit tower has firmly positioned itself as a leading residential product in the market, drawing attention from both locals and newcomers looking for walkable Nashville living with best-in-class amenities and high design finishes. We are thrilled to open the doors at Prima and build upon the creative and collaborative identity felt throughout the Paseo South Gulch neighborhood.
