Key Responsibilities


- Brand Identity Development: Create and maintain a compelling and consistent visual identity across all channels, ensuring alignment with our brand narrative and core values.

- Creative Design Projects: Design engaging marketing materials, social media graphics, and website assets that resonate with our target audience and elevate our brand presence.


- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, product, and engineering—to ensure cohesive brand representation across all initiatives and platforms.


- User-Centric Design: Conduct research and gather feedback to inform design decisions, ensuring that our branding communicates effectively and resonates with users.


- Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure Kiwi’s brand remains innovative and relevant in the evolving digital landscape.


- Brand Guidelines: Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and media.


- Presentation Design: Create visually compelling presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders that align with our brand’s aesthetic.


Requirements


- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or a related field, with a portfolio that showcases your expertise and creativity.


- Design Proficiency: Expertise in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch).


- Creativity & Innovation: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and outside the box, developing unique visual concepts that align with brand messaging.


- Collaboration Skill: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


- Adaptability: A flexible mindset with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
