About Us

Symphony Natural Health’s WHY is to be Conscious, Lead and Empower.

Our Vision is to create and support a synergistic symphony within our body as well as between our company, the communities we partner with, and the environment we work into bring about harmony and health for you, our team and the world.

Our business manufactures and sells leading, clinically proven nutraceuticals and functional foods. We are also expanding into health technology and personal development—evolving to greater depth and nuance and impacting the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health of women and men around the world. This philosophy starts with our internal teams and radiates externally to our customers.

Symphony is a vertically integrated company with operations in five countries. We control every step from seed to shelf, employing a Triple Bottom Line company culture–evaluating all decisions based on social, environmental and economic impact, both internally and externally. This is reflected in numerous ways:

  • Our organic and sustainable farming practices
  • Creating industry, skilled jobs and year-round employment in third world countries
  • Inventing novel proprietary manufacturing processes that concentrate the full spectrum of active ingredients and bio-availability with all natural processes
  • Establishing our own packaging and fulfillment operations

Our nutraceuticals are sold in over ten countries around the world. They include the first plant melatonin product in the world-Herbatonin®, shown in recent medical journal publications to be up to 650% more effective than synthetic melatonin. As well as our Femmenessence® line of products for women at each stage of life.

  • Femmenessence MacaPause for post menopausal women, is the first natural product to ever demonstrate in published clinical trials statistically significant effects on hormones in post-menopausal women, providing a true alternative for women looking to support their body’s own hormone production versus introducing synthetic hormones into the body.
  • Femmenessence MacaLife for perimenopausal women, as with MacaPause, has one of the highest success rates in reducing menopausal symptoms of any natural product.
  • Femmenessence MacaHarmony for women in their reproductive years, supports regulation of cycle, PMS, fertility and hormone imbalance. Instead of introducing hormones into the body to manipulate and mask conditions, MacaHarmony addresses the root cause of hormone imbalance by supporting the Hypothalamus Pituitary Thyroid Adrenal Ovarian Axis and the body’s own production of hormones.

Our Path Forward:

While we might have the best product in the world for hormone balance in women, which is the true foundation of health, we must evolve beyond just supporting women’s physical health and expand to supporting their emotional, mental, spiritual or energetic health. To that end, we need to express the heart of our company and the people within it. You will help us integrate our new brand voice to connect emotionally and wholeheartedly with our Femmenessence customers. We have already established trust and credibility by focusing on doing everything right, creating a global seed to shelf supply chain, and putting together a team of world-renowned doctors, practitioners and coaches. This has laid a powerful foundation upon which we can now express our new brand as we move forward to support, empower and create community.

It is our vision to take Femmenessence one step further and create a paradigm shift and movement of bringing to light the power of feminine consciousness. It is our belief that a true balance of the feminine and masculine is the path forward to a more conscious and enlightened world. In order to achieve that we must both support and empower women in understanding and bring all parts of them to the world, and integrate feminine consciousness into our culture and practical systems of governance. We hope to encourage the individual on their journey within, to nourish their true wisdom and power.

Responsibilities

While we currently sell into the natural retail channel nationally (including Whole Foods, Sprouts and many independent stores), through Amazon, D2C and to Health Professionals, our primary focus for our brand and marketing efforts will be through the D2C channel.

You will be the “owner" of the Femmenessence brand for Symphony Natural Health. The Brand Director is responsible for creating an annual marketing plan, that includes omnichannel marketing tactics, that will be executed across all channels. This role will oversee all aspects of marketing and growth, including branding, positioning, communications, consumer experience, budget management, and product innovation.

Your focus will be enhancing our consumers’ experience – from bringing them into the brand and nurturing their “Femmenessence Journey” – a 24 month email series and support program to guide and support them on a personalized journey of empowerment, self discovery and whole health. Part of this will involve creating communities based on stage of life and health interest, as well as creating the feminine consciousness movement to impact culture, society, intergenerational communication and connection, with women sharing experiences and perspectives.

On the digital and e-Commerce side, you will lead the team to drive D2C sales for the Femmenessence product line with a strong data-driven approach to developing a robust go-to-market plan. On the retail and health professional side, you will work with their sales and marketing teams to support the creation of materials that help expand distribution, align on trade and promotional calendars that support placement, and be accountable for designing and overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns to drive sales in their respective channels. You will also be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of marketing activities, and for creating an effective mix of outside agencies and contractors to support the execution of the marketing plan.

  • Manage brand initiatives from ideation to execution by developing briefs, setting clear timelines, keeping project management systems up-to-date, and guiding and partnering with Medical, Sales, Operations, Social/Digital, and external partners, ensuring execution of programs on time and on budget.
  • Lead project kick offs, BJ Fogg sessions, and weekly project focused go-to-market meetings to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and on track, facilitating discussions to maintain project momentum and addressing any challenges.
