Job Summary:


We are seeking a strategic and creative Brand Manager, Marketing & Campaigns to lead the development of our marketing calendar and the execution of our editorial content. The ideal candidate will have experience planning marketing campaigns, leading content creation, and maintaining brand consistency across multiple channels. 

This role requires a strategic marketer with a strong creative POV and excellent project management skills to ensure timely and consistent delivery of marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Brand Oversight
  • Maintain the integrity and perception of the brand through creative ownership. 
  • Insist on developing editorial content that keeps the brand feeling fresh, relevant, and a leader in the field.
  • Lead a team in producing high-quality, engaging editorial content that meets brand standards.


  • Marketing Planning & Reporting
  • Own the marketing calendar and the development of content required for execution.
  • Create marketing calendar and promotion schedule by quarter.
  • Develop creative briefs that align with overall marketing goals.
  • Maintain calendar accuracy and communicate changes with entire team.
  • Develop clear creative briefs and ensure on-time delivery with project management system (Monday).
  • Summarize weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics.


  • Ecommerce Management
  • Execute site refreshes (Shopify frontend, not dev) 
  • Request or create assets to align with current campaign or promotion.
  • Update website layout and schedule theme refreshes to the homepage, landing pages, menus, etc.
  • Create, maintain, and/or improve products listings and collection pages.
  • Execute launch tasks and schedule promotions in alignment with marketing calendar.
  • Assist with other e-commerce responsibilities as needed.


  • Photoshoot & Editorial Planning
  • Oversee the scheduling, logistics, and budgeting for photoshoots.
  • Develop shot list and general content plan for ecom, campaign, and video for various channels.
  • Collaborate with photographers, stylists, creative teams, and talent to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide creative input and feedback during the photoshoot process, guiding the overall aesthetic and direction.
  • Assist with shot selection, set direction, video creation, and timing management on shoot days.
  • Ensure post-production editing is aligned with brand guidelines.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing & brand management
  • Strong understanding of photography, creative direction, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple shoots and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Creative vision with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, digital marketing, and branding strategies.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is a plus.
