What You’ll Do
The Brand Partnerships Coordinator will support the Director of Brand Partnerships to streamline and organize the daily work flow processes and generate new business.
As a Brand Partnerships Coordinator you will play a pivotal role supporting the Director of Brand Partnerships, contributing to key client relationships and business development. Responsibilities include creating pitch decks, agendas and recaps, organizing contracts, managing key team members calendars and maintaining sales tracking systems, all while immersing yourself in the world of fine art and brand collaboration. This role is ideal for someone with knowledge of art and art history, a passion for branding, and a keen eye for design and detail, looking to thrive in a startup-like environment in the heart of the Fine Art and fashion retail world.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Support Director of Brand Partnerships with all key brand relationships
- Create pitch decks, artwork curations, mockups to generate new business
- Generate new pitch concepts on a quarterly basis through research of artist archives, history, upcoming exhibitions/events
- Manage meeting agendas, recaps and follow ups
- Contract administration
- Sales Team calendar management
- Sales Tracker management
- Tax Certificate management
- Reproduction rights management
- Support Director of Brand Partnerships with all key client relationships
- Join all meetings with high profile artists, estates and foundations; Manage agenda points and recaps
- Support with artwork archive management
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Art History or related field.
- Interest in the Art, Licensing, Fashion, Beauty & Lifestyle sector.
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- A proactive, positive and energetic mindset
- Must have strong computer proficiency with strength in MS Office and Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Docs, Sheets, Slides...)
Position is full time, including 4 days a week in NYC office.
