Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with a knack for leading elicitation sessions and driving process improvements? We're looking for a talented individual to join our team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Lead elicitation sessions using various requirements gathering methods such as interviews, documentation analysis, surveys, and site visits.
Create process and value stream models to support understanding of current processes and development of future state processes.
Evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
Gather requirements for Case Management applications, including human tasks, electronic workflows, case lifecycle management, and stakeholder communication.
Develop Change Management strategies and plans to facilitate adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational changes.
Write reports, prepare business cases, and present information to leadership and stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
Business Analyst Certification (CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PBA, or equivalent).
Proven experience in leading elicitation sessions and requirements gathering.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate business processes and propose improvements.
Experience in Case Management application requirements gathering and Change Management strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
