Business Analyst

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Seattle, Washington.

Duties:

• Own the quota maintenance process, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Maintain quota queues daily, ensuring new quotas are assigned correctly
• Collaborate closely with other team members, escalating issues when necessary
• Utilize tools like Excel, and Google Suite for quota management and analysis
• Understand and navigate complex processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to quotas
• Engage in stakeholder management, particularly around quota allocation and planning cycles

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Experience with data analytics and dashboarding
• Familiarity with SQL queries for data troubleshooting
• Ability to present and create slides for audiences
• Understanding the upstream and downstream impact of quota processes
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced functions like index match and pivot tables
