Role Description

SaaS cloud applications, Power Platform preferred. Experience with Azure DevOps and M365. Ability to communicate complex information, concepts, or ideas in a confident and well-organized manner through verbal, written, and/or visual means. Engages with customers to understand their needs and wants. Open to accepting feedback to improve processes, products, and services. Conducts in-depth research and analysis. Ability to focus research efforts to meet the customer's decision-making needs. Skill in eliciting and developing articulate and high-quality requirements. Ability to function and effectively collaborate via virtual teams using collaborative workspaces and/or tools (chats, Confluence, Zoom), seeking consultation with other analysts and experts to leverage analytical and technical expertise. Ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast- environment.

Demostrated experience with Agile development methodology and DevOps with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
