Job Description:
Responsible for helping the business strategically drive adoption and engagement with our enterprise software used by employees.
Monitor, organize, and maintain created workflows, triaging and remediating those that break
Collaborate with broader Quality team to ensure WalkMe workflows get built according to the team’s requirements Identify opportunities to streamline the WalkMe workflow development process
Candidates with either WalkMe experience or JQuery / JavaScript as it will help them ramp faster on some builds 2-3 years of recent learning and development, technical writing, and / or tool administrator experience.
Strong Google Docs / Office skills, including Excel and Word Prior WalkMe experience and Basic HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript
Bachelor's degree required
