Job Title: Business Analyst

The Location: This position is US - Remote Eligible.

Responsibilities:

  • Support management of large vendor partnerships, coordinating and collaborating with 3rd party vendors and operational counterparts.
  • Work closely & effectively with team members and key projects stakeholders, including sourcing, finance, product management, engineering and operations.
  • Own coordination, timeline planning, cross-functional meetings and follow-ups to ensure successful delivery of a complex execution space
  • Effectively manage schedule to regularly attend meetings and deliver on accountable work
  • Design framework & processes to facilitate cross team collaboration
  • Provide support across multiple projects to ensure high-quality releases
  • Produce qualitative and quantitative reporting to stakeholders
  • Research new vendors within Trust Product domains

  • Detail-oriented, highly organized and able to multitask
  • Dynamic and very adaptable to a fast-paced changing environment
  • Able to balance multiple conflicting priorities and negotiate trade-offs
  • Communication skills - able to explain complex concepts both verbally and via written communications, including technical concepts
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (influence, empathy, clarity in communication)
  • Focused on learning, growing and developing new skill-sets

Hard Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Slides, etc)
  • Familiarity with the Identity, Safety and Fraud Management methodologies a plus

Type of Experience:

  • 4+ years experience being a Partnerships/Vendor and/or Program Manager; driving/leading medium to large cross-functional efforts
  • [Nice to have] Experience working in start-up or fast paced, do-it-yourself environment
  • [Nice to have] Some experience in Trust, Privacy, Safety, Identity or Fraud

Education: Bachelors Degree

Pay Rate Range: $57-$66/hour.
