Business Analyst/Software Asset Mgmt

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Fully Remote Business Analyst/Software Asset Management to join their team. Key Tasks:

• Create and interpret Custom reports
• Create, edit and interpret license records and understand the differences
• Run consumption reports for Internal license compliances
• File and installer evidence for license compliance verification and removals
• Create EPICs, Features, and PBI's
• Assistants on all Internal and external software audits; All data collection, research, reporting, meetings with SW Owners, ability to answer questions, review and follow up where needed
  
  

Requirements

• Flexera knowledge - must have
• Knowledge of software licenses, terminology, etc.
• ServiceNow knowledge
• Azure knowledge
• Excel
• Heavily dependent on Excel and utilization of Ablebits
• Ability to guide operational team to help resolve software related questions
• Ability to scrub data out of Excel spreadsheets
• Ability to follow step by step instructions
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
