Role:
Delmock Technologies, Inc. (DTI) is seeking a Business Research Analyst with significant
experience researching, collecting, analyzing, and organizing data related to Information
Technology, market trends, and competitors in Federal government contracting.
Working closely with DTI’s Leadership Team you will be provided with an environment to be creative, collaborative, and forward-thinking in driving and presenting solid research data and action items that will support the growth of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities (i.e., Sources Sought Notices, Requests for Information (RFIs), SOW/PWS, and IDIQ/RFQ/RFP documents to influence appropriate pursuit strategy and response submission along with execution requirements.
- Research and monitor potential, pending, and active bid opportunities (via Deltek GovWin, Grants.gov, SAM.com, B-Gov, etc.) while promptly notifying team members of released solicitations, subsequent amendments, extensions, Q&As, cancellations, etc.
- Assist business development team with developing and managing a pipeline of federal government opportunities for the organization to bid on that align with DTI’s strategic vision and tactical plan.
- Organize and attend meetings, prepare and distribute presentation materials, take and distribute minutes to all participants.
- Develop a strong understanding of both customer requirements and the company's services, helping to ensure proper alignment.
- Further DTI’s knowledge management systems in file storage (SharePoint), SMEs database, capture information, etc.
- provide support, ideas, and suggestions, as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Five Years of Professional Experience.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically and creatively.
- Capacity to evaluate information objectively and make informed judgments.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability of research findings.
- Ability to validate data sources and cross-reference information to maintain data integrity.
- In-depth understanding of the IT Industry, landscape, emerging technologies, market trends, key players, and regulatory issues.
- Familiarity with concepts such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and data analytics.
- Professional, dependable, and independent.
- Self-motivation, thriving on challenges, and accomplishment.

- Be a creative problem-solver who faces challenges with a can-do mindset.
