Business Consultant: International Logistics (C2C & B2C)

We are looking for a seasoned Business Consultant with expertise in international logistics to support our company in developing and executing our strategic international growth plans. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both consumer-to-consumer (C2C) and business-to-consumer (B2C) logistics, and be able to provide strategic insights and solutions to enhance efficiency, create a compelling value proposition, strengthening our services, and improve overall company performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and analyze current logistics operations and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement customized logistics strategies to grow and expand our C2C and B2C market share.
• Provide expert guidance on expanding our international footprint.
• Optimize supply chain processes, including warehousing, transportation, and shipments.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with clients to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance measurement systems.
• Assist clients in selecting and managing logistics service providers.
• Deliver training and workshops to clients on best practices in international logistics.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in international logistics, with a focus on C2C and B2C markets.
• Strong knowledge of global trade regulations, customs procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in logistics management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as required.
