Job Title: Outside Sales Executive
Location: Onsite, Hybrid, or Remote (Preferably near a major market)

- Orlando/Tampa, FL
- Phoenix, AZ
- Oklahoma City, OK

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000
Commission: Negotiable

Responsibilities:
- Develop Customer Relationships: Secure freight through phone, internet, and networking.
- Research Accounts: Identify key players and generate interest in our services.
- Freight Commitments: Solicit daily/weekly freight commitments from customers.
- Sales Opportunities: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Consignment Negotiation: Negotiate the successful consignment and delivery of loads with approved carriers.
- Carrier Cultivation: Prospect and cultivate new carriers to establish capacity.
- Utilize TMS Technology: Learn our TMS technology and utilize data in meaningful ways.
- Problem Resolution: Actively communicate any problems with team members and be on-call in rotation with your team to resolve after-hours issues.
- Professional Representation: Project our company with honesty, integrity, and a commitment to personal service.

Hours of Work:
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Expected Education and Work Experience:
- Prefer a four-year college degree with at least two years of verifiable experience within the transportation industry, or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
