Business Development Representative
CrushBank Technology, Inc. Is an Artificial Intelligence based technology company that is revolutionizing the IT Support business. The company is looking for a relentlessly organized and hungry business development representative that has experience making outbound calls and interfacing with customers. Experience in Managed Services Provider (MSP) or other closely related businesses is a plus.

The position reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, will learn directly from leadership and is expected to transition into an independent sales rep role after one to two years or collaborative selling with outside sales representatives.The ideal candidates will have one year of sales or customer service experience, and a college degree. We are building a culture high on collaboration and low on politics. Position Specifics:
- Outbound sales calls and appointment setting
- Account targeting (list) management
- Cold calling and business development calls and emails
- Follow up on trade shows, marketing efforts and warm opportunities
- Set appointments and attend initial calls
- Research new leads from database sources, social media and other lists
- Networking with other business consultants and subject matter experts to create a list of trusted partners to share opportunities (legal, financial, insurance, etc.)
- Attend weekly internal meetings
- KPIs will be outlined for each of these responsibilities on a weekly basis
