Anduril Industries is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and experienced individual to join our team as a Business Line Procurement Manager (Federal), onsite at our Costa Mesa, CA facility. This is an amazing opportunity to grow your career within the Supply Chain organization.

This individual will be action oriented and will be expected to meet all service level goals related to technical, quality and delivery requirements. materials to support production schedules and maintain inventory levels. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the procurement activities associated with specific programs or projects within the organization. This role involves strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation, cost management, and ensuring the timely delivery of quality goods and services in alignment with business line objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for specific programs or projects to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • As required, execute purchase orders in accordance with all regulatory (FAR/DFAR) and company compliance requirements
  • Ensure procurement practices comply with government defense contracting regulations (e.g., FAR/DFAR).
  • Manage supplier relationships, including conducting regular performance reviews and fostering critical partnerships.
  • Lead and mentor the procurement team, setting objectives and evaluating performance.
  • Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand and fulfill the procurement needs.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to determine metrics, troubleshoot manufacturing/ business and assembly issues, material flow, project plans, production capacity, facility design and create process documentation
  • Supporting supplier performance and metrics management, including providing inputs to monthly scorecards and presenting procurement data during quarterly business reviews.
  • Supporting the Commodity Management team with maintaining supplier relationships, monitoring supplier performance, addressing supply issues, and developing new products and programs.
  • Developing efficient and accurate mechanisms for monitoring and updating open purchase orders, expedites, delivery requirements.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with organizational policies and government regulations.
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with the supply chain and procurement processes.

Background & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, in Business Administration/Management, Supply Chain Management, Computer Sciences, or related industry experience
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on collaborative work.
  • Solid understanding of procurement software and tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations based on findings.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills

US Salary Range

$108,000—$162,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
